If you purchased your item via our site or through our sales advisor via email or phone call, you have 14 days from your purchase/date of receipt to return that item to us in an unworn, unused condition for an exchange or refund.
This does NOT apply to any parts, bespoke customization orders or labour charges, these products and services are non-refundable.
Any deposit / upfront payments also taken for the above are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
We always put a parts and labour warranty with our products ranging from 6-12 months. In the unlikely event that your product fails within the warranty period we ask that you return it to us at your cost. We will pass it to our service center to be evaluated and repaired. We will then send the item back to you. Please note that warranty does not cover extreme use, screen degradation or damage due to fire or breakages.
In extreme overseas claims there is a possibility to have the item repaired by a local B&O service center once a report has been attained from the local B&O service center we would then pass this to our service center for validation and to obtain a quote for repair, in this instance we would pay for the cost of the repair at the local B&O service center up to the amount quoted for by our repair center here in the UK.
