Policy

If you purchased an item on our website, you have 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt to return it for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in an unused condition. This policy does not apply to parts, bespoke customisation orders or labour charges. These products and services are non-refundable. Any deposits or upfront payments taken for these items or services are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please click here to start a live chat or email us at info@skynnexav.com.

Warranty

All products are supplied with a parts and labour warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months. In the unlikely event of a fault during the warranty period, items must be returned to us at your own cost. The product will be assessed by our service centre and repaired where applicable before being returned to you. The warranty does not cover extreme use, screen degradation, accidental damage, fire damage or breakages. For overseas warranty claims, it may be possible to arrange a repair through a local Bang & Olufsen service centre. A report must first be obtained and submitted for validation and approval. Where approved, we will cover repair costs up to the value quoted by our UK repair centre.
